Digital Program Manager - Business (15-Month Contract)
What You Will Do We are seeking a Manager of Digital Integration to drive omni-channel value across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of True North Digital initiatives by managing a significant capital portfolio and coordinating with various Business and IT stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in accelerating delivery outcomes, managing risks, and leading change management efforts to support our digital transformation while also running the business. Digital Program Management Aligned to True North initiatives such as Digital Experience Drivers and Digital Value Activation (DVA) + Work closely with Product Owners to accelerate delivery to outcomes. + Lead VP Steering Committees and Executive Councils; prepare agendas, collect and prepare timely content for Business & IT updates, take minutes and manage take-aways + Manage TMO Initiative roadmaps and milestones with Initiative Owner; manage cross-functional inputs, highlight dependencies, and comments + Streamline stakeholder communication, decision-making, and risk management. + Support teams in change management and adoption of new ways of working across process and technology + Facilitate monthly Digital Showcases to spotlight Digital work across the CCO, COO and CTO to promote the sharing cross-functional insights and awareness + Support TMO value tracking and storylines, providing data points, commentary and explaining variances to KPIs as needed + Act as a key connector of all True North initiatives driving Digital outcomes + Closely partner with FP&A to track CBA performance and in-year value Capital Portfolio Management + Oversee a Digital capital portfolio across multiple project codes and Work Owners/Delivery Leads + Conduct monthly actual and forecast review meetings with Business & IT teams + Prepare and present monthly Executive Summaries for SLT + Manage reforecasting storylines and governance + Act as central Business point of contact for Digital initiatives as Portfolio Manager; liaison with PMO, TMO, and Finance + Manage Planview – structure and lifecycle steps for Business + Handle new funding requests at the portfolio level; coordinate trade-offs, prioritize value, manage SLT review and approval cycles Digital Planning & Integration + Provide support to the Digital SLT by developing digital storylines, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and effectively communicating key digital initiatives. + Assist in fostering and promoting a strong digital culture and performance mindset + Serve as a versatile team player by backfilling for other team members during peak periods or absences What You Bring: + University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. + 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably within a Digital or technology-focused environment. + Experience handling large budgets + Expertise in stakeholder management, including leading executive-level committees and councils. + Proven track record in change management and adoption of new processes or technologies. + Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. #LI-GT1 About Us Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited (“CTC”) is one of Canada’s most admired and trusted companies.
