Job Description

Job Summary:

负责工厂数字化产品的规划与项目交付，深度参与数字化项目的全生命周期管理，推动工业4.0解决方案落地实施。

你将与工厂职能部门紧密合作，了解他们的战略，识别他们的需求，并将其转化为有助于实现业务效率的数字化解决方案你将领导工厂的数字化创新项目，将尖端的IT技术整合到现有的业务流程中，开发IT解决方案以推动实现预期的业务成果

Responsible for product planning and project delivery of plant digital projects, deeply involved in the full lifecycle management of smart manufacturing projects and driving Industry 4.0 solution implementation.

You will work closely with plant function departments to identify needs, and translate their digitalization strategy into digital solutions that help achieve business efficiency

You will lead digital innovation projects in plant, to integrate cutting-edge IT technology into existing business process, to develop IT solution to drive desired business outcomes

Job Responsibilities:

需求管理

与生产、物流、质量等部门沟通，挖掘和分析工厂业务痛点对工业4.0前沿技术有系统化认知，将业务需求转译成数字化需求管理需求优先级，平衡业务价值与技术可行性

产品设计

设计数字化产品解决方案, 包括数字化互联产品、AI智能化项目等制作产品原型、流程图和功能规格说明书协同架构师制定技术方案，确保产品设计可落地

项目管理

制定项目计划，管理范围、进度、成本和质量领导跨职能团队（开发、测试、实施）按计划敏捷交付识别和管理项目风险，推动问题解决组织项目复盘，沉淀最佳实践

沟通协调

作为业务与技术团队的桥梁，确保信息准确传递向相关方汇报项目进展，支撑决策制定协调内外部资源，保障项目顺利推进

Requirement Management

Communicate with stakeholders from production, logistics, quality and other departments to discover and analyze business painpointsSystematic understanding I4.0 cutting edge technology and translate business needs to digital requirementsManage requirement priorities, balancing business value and technical feasibility

Product Design

Design digital product solutions, including connected solutions and AI solutionsCreate product prototypes, flowcharts and functional specificationsCollaborate with architects to formulate technical solutions, ensuring feasible product design

Project Management

Develop project plans, manage scope, schedule, cost and qualityLead cross-functional teams (development, testing, implementation) to deliver on scheduleIdentify and manage project risks, drive problem resolutionConduct project retrospectives and establish best practices

Communication & Coordination

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring accurate information flowReport project progress to stake holders to support decision-makingCoordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth project advancement

QualificationsBachelor degree or above

3+ years experience of Digital Project Management

Master project management methodologies (PMP/Agile);

Communicate efficiently with business and technical teams

Workable English
