The team and its overall work scope:
Small yet nimble seven-member team that operates with a strong product mindset, powered by agile practices and continuous discovery grounded in real behavioral data.
Support a specific domain of our platform, partnering with a resolute team and own its backlog.
Coordinate cross domain initiatives when features span multiple teams and areas.
Prioritize work against a rolling 6-month roadmap and maintain visibility into the next four iterations.
Balance priorities from different business channels and stakeholders while staying hyper focused on subscriber (user) and client (buyer) experience.

Drive product strategy to execution for customer facing features and technical capabilities within the AIP platform.
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value aligned to subscriber needs, partner expectations, and company objectives.
Essential Functions:
Product Strategy & Roadmap Execution
Influence the definition of a differentiated product strategy aligned to business priorities.
Break down roadmap items into actionable capabilities, features, and enhancements.
Lead discovery, framing, and inception, across consumer journeys based on business strategy to mature our digital products.
Backlog Ownership & Story Development
Maintain a refined, INVEST‑ready backlog and a clear 6‑month roadmap.
Translate business needs into clear, value-based user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Prioritize features based on user value, OKR impact, and technical dependencies.
Use analytics, research, and stakeholder feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Operational Execution
Facilitate cross-team alignment and manage dependencies across multiple product domains.
Partner with compliance, security, and business teams to elicit and validate requirements.
Drive iteration planning, Definition of Ready/Done alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Promote transparency through demos and delivery insights.
Collaborate with UX to ensure seamless, modern customer journeys and address friction points.
Measurement & Delivery Excellence
Track KPIs: Customer interactions and product success metrics.
Continuously prioritize based on data, outcomes, and changing business needs.
Foster a collaborative, high-accountability culture within product and engineering teams.
Required Education, Experience & Skills
Minimum High School Diploma or GED, and 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Product Manager in a technical environment
Persuasive communication skills across technical and business teams
Deep expertise in agile frameworks (XP, Scrum) and product ownership best practices
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong backlog management, prioritization, and user story skills
Rich understanding of product–platform–API integration patterns
Data driven decision-making capability.
Familiarity with cloud concepts
Proficiency with agile tools (VersionOne, Jira)
Must have experiences with:
Gherkin syntax
Domain driven design
INVEST user story principles.
Project management techniques (Agile/Waterfall blend, PMI‑ACP concepts)
Preferred Qualifications
Technical background in software or engineering
Experience delivering via the Outcome Based Delivery (OBD) Model
GenAI, Agentic AI foundational knowledge and a major plus if aware of security and compliance validations for LLMs consumption based on user’s behavior data
Federated identity management
API-based integrations experience
Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business, or equivalent experience
PSPO, CSPO, or Pragmatic Institute certification
Experience working in travel related domains or industries.
Compensation:
The annual base salary offered will only be between $130-$140K.
This role is eligible for up to 20% of base salary as annual performance bonus.

Work Environment: Except for our Customer Care roles which necessitates onsite work, most other roles are remote. AIP is a remote-first company; however, our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location

Employees will have to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery, as necessary.
