Digital Product Owner Intern

The Digital Experience team creates powerful digital products and experiences that support the client-advisor relationship and help clients reach their financial goals. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills that will help you as you begin your path towards a career in Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

The Digital Product Owner intern works with a variety of technology and digital experiences to drive business results across our websites and client mobile app. The role will focus on creating the strategy for these digital experiences while working with a digital product team to actively deliver new or enhanced digital experiences for our clients while building skills in one or more of the following areas:

• Digital Product Strategy and Execution

• Consumer-facing mobile apps

• Digital Analytics

• User Experience (UX) research and strategy

• Agile product development

Examples of past intern projects include:

Supporting the development of internal reporting capabilitiesBuilding and reviewing content for internal websiteProviding analysis on advisor-facing program, assessing its success and identifying opportunities for improvement Reviewing existing assets and providing recommendations for internal learning pathways


Required Qualifications

Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Project Management, Entrepreneurial Management, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or related field.Graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027


Preferred Qualifications

High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethicsProven organization skills and ability to manage time effectivelyExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with othersProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteA passion for and strong interest in engaging digital experiences, including consumer-facing websites and mobile apps

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary range for this role is $27/hr. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
