Digital Product Owner
**Digital Product Owner** Digital product owner focus of everything of end users rely on our products daily with the resources to solve critical problems for the future of our business. Digital Product Owner will be accountable to leads project delivery & maintenance related to Bancassurance Digital tools and other automation to support Bancassurance Channel. **Position Responsibilities:** + Review & ensure enhancement request are aligned with the bancassurance digital roadmap to achieve its bold ambition. + Anticipate future needs of digital capability including to review and improve digital roadmap continuously to fulfill future needs. + Define goals and create a vision for development projects. + Communicates it to all stakeholders, to make sure the goals and the vision are clear and aligned with Bancassurance Digital ambition & roadmap. + Managing and monitoring all digital initiatives, prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives. + Map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development. + Define prioritization by considering project scope, budget, and time, and weighing priorities according to the needs and objectives of stakeholders. + Oversee the actual development of the product. + Manage good communication with all stakeholders, to ensure there’s buy-in from stakeholders on all major decisions and strategy and provide clear instructions and deliverables for the developers. + Inspecting and evaluating product progress through each iteration. + Make justification and recommendation for next steps. **Required Qualifications:** + Min.
