The Digital Product Owner – Commercial Contracts is fully accountable for overall digital product strategy, oversight and business value delivery to the business area’ stakeholders.
This will require working closely with the different Business areas within US Market Access, across the different digital product owners, Digital Business Analytics, Digital Technology, Architecture, Services and Experts to ensure that we are clearly identifying customer needs, prioritizing features, guiding the work and developing the program vision and roadmap. This role interacts closely with the business to establish strategies, and communications by effectively planning, designing, monitoring the progress, developing and delivering the solution, resolving issues, managing communications with all stakeholders, ensuring systems integrity, managing risk, dependencies, and contributions, and focusing on the systems coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs and corporate technical and compliance standards.
The role drives the overall awareness, prioritization, and orchestration of resources (budget and manpower) to deliver digital solutions on prioritized Digital assets identified and agreed to at the Digital Towers.
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner with experience migrating and managing complex business applications in vendor SaaS, managing a multitude of business demands and transforming legacy digital landscape while leveraging the latest proven digital technologies. This role is responsible for solution delivery of all integrations with Model N SaaS and on-prem data replication platforms, combining information from the business, technical, and data sets to solve business needs and problems. He/She leads and executes Product Owner expertise all along the lifecycle (plan, design, build, run) of Digital Solutions and Digital Products belonging to US Market Access domain.

Main Responsibilities:
Product Owner responsible for solution delivery and implementation of all integrations with Model N SaaS and data replication platforms in US
Provides a broad and strategic vision and functional expertise of a Contract Pricing domain to respective product lines
Deep knowledge in Contracting and Pricing integrations, data sourcing/sharing, techno-functional components, and reporting needs
Responsible for project engagement / buy-in and communication around the projects/products
Defines the project scope (content, cost, planning) and facilitates the governance for projects
Responsible for identifying and engaging project contributors, such as cross-functional and transversal teams for projects
Responsible for E2E RFP process for new products, and completion of Statement of Work (SOW) with vendors and subcontracting partners
End-to-end responsibility for solution from the project planning through execution, solution installation and transition to support team
Provides oversight and guidance to the Application Managed Services (AMS) team for Contracting and Pricing systems
Interacts closely with the business to maintain established strategies and define new strategies, roadmaps, and solution approach
Maintains current knowledge of industry and business process trends and ability to influence the business leaders in defining business process optimizations with a focus towards efficiency, automation and innovation
Ensures US Contracting & Pricing platform architecture is compliant with Sanofi Security, Quality and Compliance requirements thus reducing time to market
Contributes actively to Operational excellence: Facilitating risk management and conducting/contributing to Problem root causes analysis
Collaborates transversely across Sanofi's ITS community to share ideas, common solutions, and best practices thereby harmonizing solutions and developing repeatable, scalable best practices
About You
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Pharmaceutical Business Administration
Product Owner (8-10+ years of experience) with Contracting and Pricing domain knowledge: experience related to administration of contracts with payers including managed care, and other commercial payers, as well as processing of rebates, chargebacks and administrative fees.
Vendor Management
Understanding of security, risk and compliance frameworks, disaster recovery, high availability architectures, hardware, operating systems and networking connectivity
Large-scale systems integration involving on-premises technology and public cloud platforms
Broad subject matter expertise across cloud computing, infrastructure, IT operations, network, applications, enterprise architecture, and data management

Must possess good communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) and be able to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience

The salary range for this position is:
$148,125.00 - $213,958.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
