**Responsibilities**
Mayo Collaborative Services (MCS) is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a high-impact portfolio digital products and services. This role requires strong digital product management experience and the ability to lead complex, operationally focused products in a regulated, enterprise environment.
You will partner closely with business, technology, analytics, and laboratory operations and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver digital products that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional end-user experiences in support of a new, stand-alone laboratory organization wholly owned by MCS.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Overseeing the entire life cycle of the assigned digital product, from defining setting the vision, managing to OKRs, developing innovation and strategic road maps, managing capacity, and ultimately creating best in class digital products and services that drive revenue generation, competitive advantage, and operational efficiency.
+ Ensuring alignment between Product, Business and Leadership priorities in context of MCS overall strategy and goals, while ensuring the end-user needs are met.
+ Advocating for the client and end user experience through data and research driven product discovery and development methods.
+ Apply and operate effectively with Agile product methodologies.
+ Lead a high performing cross-functional team effectively and efficiently that is collaborative with business partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
+ Leverage market, sales, operations, laboratory partners, customer feedback and data to inform and guide future product/feature development.
+ Proactively manage and monitor product and operational risks (regulatory, cost, security, operational, etc.) in order to prevent and/or mitigate risks to the customer and business.
+ Ability to establish deep partnerships with business stakeholders to ensure product achieves business requirements and aligns to other organizational strategies and priorities.
+ Manage external Mayo Clinic vendor and partnership relationships as assigned.
+ Set and manage to product performance scorecards and OKRs.
+ Work collaboratively across all MCS domains, business partners, Mayo Clinic Shared Services including internal customers, consultants, and business stakeholders.
You will play a critical role in advancing MCS's digital strategy by delivering products that improve operational performance, enable growth, and strengthen our competitive position.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree (business, communications, advertising, marketing, statistics, engineering, technology, health care).
+ Master’s Degree preferred.
+ 3+ years of product management experience with experience managing full product lifecycle for complex products or a family of products.
**Additional Qualifications:**
+ Experience with laboratory processes, tools, applications and reports is preferred.
+ Must be accountable, adaptable, flexible, creative, dependable, responsible, and able to perform well within multifunctional environments, and be customer focused.
+ Ability to manage several projects or tasks simultaneously and to exercise appropriate judgment when prioritizing projects.
+ Decision-making and problem-solving ability, adherence to Mayo Clinic and MCS policies and procedures.
+ Strategic Mindset: Proven track record in digital strategy development, execution, and implementation.
+ Business Impact: Own the impact of our digital initiatives with both new and improved digital products and services in MCS Operations and part of a larger effort for MCS overall.
+ Cross-Functional Capabilities: Collaborate with colleagues across operations, project, marketing, sales, IT, quality/regulatory/compliance, and data/analytics to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across MCS.
+ Effective Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ll be a bridge between technical and business stakeholders.
