Digital Product Manager

As a(n) Digital Product Manager within PNC's Digital organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. You'll be a key player in shaping product design and strategy by collaborating with content and experience designers, product owners, agile teams, and core product team members as well as line of business, software service managers, and risk / governance partners. You’ll use a strong, critical voice to help our team deliver an engaging, consistent, and accessible experience to our audiences. Being an advocate for design and close collaboration with technology and product development is essential. Openness to learning new ways of working and new skills is a must and a strong understanding of design thinking methodology and technology development processes is extremely beneficial. An understanding of investment and retail deposit products, and digital banking servicing features such as money movement, alerts, messaging, preferences and help center capabilities is a plus. Experience with various project or design tracking software is also a plus. In this role, you will: • Ensure that UX/UI design activities are prioritized, planned, and streamlined — from concepting through design iteration and technical development. • Facilitate the interaction between the design team and other functions such as product management, design, and technology. • Leverage your design thinking skills to enable definition of future solutions including the product vision and future state goals • Research, document and communicate the competitive landscape to support design decisions for enabling new and existing features and capabilities. • Create project and/or tracking documents including project plans, work-back schedules, and meeting notes. • Produce high-quality reports communicating design progress to leadership and key stakeholders using Jira and PowerPoint. • Effectively organize and prioritize complex information so it's clear and can be acted upon. • Keep the team and key partners in the organization up to date as design progresses • Lead multiple workflows and deliver projects on expedited timelines; help set expectations for the team while keeping all ongoing tasks on track. • Coordinate and facilitate design handoffs including reviewing deliverables to ensure all requirements have been met. • Work with partners to contribute to roadmaps and strategies for enhancements to the digital experience • Use knowledge of customer and employee journeys to influence ideas and creative executions. May help in business case development. + Participates in and makes effective recommendations for the development and design of new and existing digital experiences. Supports in the management of the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences. + Executes customer focused quality assessments and improvement processes. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs as necessary. + Monitors business results of recently introduced or existing digital experiences, coordinates reporting, and effectively recommends modifications to improve results.
