Digital Product Lead
Position Description:

CGI is seeking a Digital Product Lead to join our Managed Services team in Vancouver.
In this senior leadership role, you will act as the strategic liaison between digital product owners and CGI's delivery organization, ensuring the successful evolution and operation of our client customer-facing digital platforms. You will leverage your deep digital expertise, analytics knowledge, and enterprise experience to align business goals with technical delivery and customer outcomes.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in the digital experience of millions of British Columbians, working within one of CGI's most visible managed services engagements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Serve as the digital liaison between business, product, and experience stakeholders and CGI's technical and operational teams.
. Guide digital strategy execution by aligning roadmaps, releases, and performance targets with client objectives.
. Provide product management leadership—helping translate business vision into actionable digital priorities and measurable outcomes.
. Leverage Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and AEM insights to monitor platform performance, inform recommendations, and track success metrics.
. Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve customer experience, engagement, and platform effectiveness.
. Partner with architecture, development, and operations teams to ensure digital solutions are reliable, secure, scalable, and user-focused.
. Participate in governance forums, sprint reviews, and planning sessions to maintain visibility and alignment across all digital workstreams.
. Support continuous improvement across the digital delivery model through feedback, measurement, and innovation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. 10–15+ years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, or digital program leadership within enterprise or digital-native organizations.
. Proven success supporting or leading enterprise-scale web and mobile applications with large user bases (hundreds of thousands to millions).
. Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Google Analytics, and related digital marketing and analytics platforms.
. Demonstrated ability to interpret data, user behavior, and business goals into digital strategy and product delivery outcomes.
. Experience liaising between business, UX, and technical teams to deliver high-impact digital enhancements.
. Deep familiarity with agile delivery, DevOps, and modern digital product lifecycle practices.
. Excellent communication, facilitation, and client relationship management skills.

 Preferred Qualifications

. Experience leading digital transformation or modernization initiatives.
. Understanding of personalized content delivery, data-driven personalization, and customer analytics platforms.
. Certifications in Product Management, Agile, or Digital Leadership (e.g., CSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic).

“CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licensure and certification. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range in British Columbia is $90,000 - $165,000.”
