Chemours is seeking for an enthusiastic and innovative Digital Procurement Analyst - RFX, someone eager to spearhead the utilization of digital capabilities in the Procurement process, specifically on the Request for Proposal step.. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of integrating AI and various cutting-edge tools to enhance data quality, empowering our procurement team to make informed, data-driven decisions. This position is an influential role to be available at the Altamira Site in Tamaulipas Mexico and report directly to the S2P Data & Analytics Lead.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manage simple and complex Requests for Quotations and Requests for proposals from different departments, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders until completion, providing analysis of the best options as suggestions.

Utilize advanced analytics and AI technologies to optimize procurement processes and enhance decision-making. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic procurement initiatives about Spend, Inventory Management, Forecasts, External Markets, and processes efficiency Opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity for procurement analytics. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide real-time insights into procurement performance metrics.

Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to support cost savings, cost avoidance, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.

Conduct regular training sessions for procurement teams on the RFX processes and tools. Support procurement strategy development by contributing data-driven recommendations for supplier negotiations and contract management.

The following is required for this role:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or related field.

2. Proven experience in procurement processes, procurement analytics and data analysis.

5. Knowledge of procurement softwares implementation, SAP procurement data and procurement processes.

6.Understanding data collection software, analytical programs, database programming, operating system management, computer hardware platforms, and data visualization.

7. Advanced Excel skills

8. Excellent communication skills (Spanish and English) to convey best options based on analytical findings to different procurement roles.

9. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

10. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.

The following is preferred for this role:
•Proficient data and computer skills in MS Office suite including Power BI.
