Chemours is seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Digital Procurement Analyst - RFX, focused on Logistics. The successful candidate will work with our Logistics Buyers to evaluate and select logistics suppliers in terms of quality, service, cost and capability – ensuring competitive pricing and service versus industry trends and marketplace dynamics; someone eager to spearhead the utilization of digital capabilities in the Procurement process. This position is an influential role to be available at the Altamira Site in Tamaulipas Mexico and report directly to the S2P Data & Analytics Lead.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage simple and complex Requests for Quotations and Requests for Proposals from different Logistics modes including Ocean, Air, Road and Rail, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders until completion, providing analysis of the best options as suggestions.
Utilize advanced analytics and AI technologies to optimize procurement processes and enhance decision-making.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic procurement initiatives about Prices, Spend, Forecasts, supplier performance evaluations, External Markets comparisons, and processes efficiency Opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business units to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity for procurement analytics.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide real-time insights into procurement performance metrics.
Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to support cost savings, cost avoidance, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
Conduct regular training sessions for procurement teams on the RFX processes and tools. Support procurement strategy development by contributing data-driven recommendations for supplier negotiations and contract management.
The following is required for this role:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or related field.
2. Proven experience in procurement processes, logistics, procurement analytics and data analysis.
5. Knowledge of procurement software implementation, SAP procurement data and procurement processes.
6. Knowledge in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau,) and statistical analysis tools.
7. Excellent communication skills to convey best options based on analytical findings to different procurement roles.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
10. Fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with stakeholders, leadership and suppliers.
11. 3-5 years of experience in related field with specific technical skills.
12. Drive synergies and effectively drive best practices
13. Manage the equipment, material and services RFX process in support of Logistics Projects and in compliance policies and guidelines
14. Drive quantitative and qualitative evaluation tools, and platforms, to effectively facilitate bidding events
15. Ensure market and vendor intelligence to support RFX activities
16. Support transactional execution and drive strategies for guidelines for logistics projects.
17. Maintains excellent working relationships with internal customers and other supporting organizations
18. Maintain and foster continuous improvement initiatives with key business and manufacturing supplier contacts
19. Works closely with cross functional teams
20. Report key project metrics to Procurement Leadership on a regular basis.

Experience across multiple transportation modes
Experience in contract administration
Experience with RFx softwares
Experience working with Global Teams.

Specific to Bid Analytics: Supports category management in developing supplier Statement of Work (SOW), Request for Information and Request for Proposal. The bid analyst will analyze proposals, evaluate competitive bids, and can support negotiation terms and coordinate agreements . Supports in the gathering of supplier information and market intelligence to ensure competitive pricing service versus industry trends and market place dynamics. Looks for trends or areas of improvement, tool assessments and upgrades, and enhances effectiveness and competition of vendor proposals. Provides cost analysis, wherein supplier bids are compared and awarded to the most eligible bidder.
