A leading and fast-evolving luxury brand in the hospitality and lifestyle sector is seeking a Digital PR & Brand Strategist to support the development and execution of its digital communication strategy. The company operates in a high-end, international context and is known for its refined aesthetic, innovation, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, strategic, and experienced in building strong brand narratives and managing digital visibility across platforms. A strong passion for storytelling, digital trends, and engaging content creation—particularly on social media—is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage creative content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), ensuring alignment with the brand identity and tone of voice

Plan and execute digital PR campaigns to increase brand visibility and awareness

Create and implement original storytelling aligned with brand positioning and business goals

Build and maintain strong relationships with digital media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders

Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing KPIs and adjusting strategies accordingly

Stay current with digital trends, tools, and best practices in the luxury and hospitality industries

Work closely with leadership and creative teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand presence

Oversee online reputation and ensure cohesive communication across all digital channels

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred)

Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital PR and brand strategy, preferably within the luxury hospitality or lifestyle sectors

Fluent in both Italian and English (mandatory)

Excellent communication and writing skills

Strong visual sensitivity and creative mindset

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

Proficient in SEO principles and content marketing strategies

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, etc.)

Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently
