**About The Role:**
CBRE Investment Management is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Portfolio and Operations Associate to join our Digital & Technology (D&T) organization. This role will play a key part in shaping and executing our long-term digital strategy, supporting operational excellence, and driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance the impact and visibility of the D&T function across the enterprise.
**What You'll Do:**
Digital Strategy
+ Support the development of long-term digital strategy for the CBRE IM Digital & Technology organization.
+ Conduct external market, industry, and internal research to inform strategic decision-making.
+ Assist in planning activities for the portfolio of technology development programs, including business case creation, ROI analysis, and collaboration with business stakeholders.
+ Prepare and present executive-level presentations and portfolio reporting materials.
Operational Excellence
+ Support ongoing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across the technology portfolio.
+ Collaborate with internal marketing and communications teams to elevate the profile of the D&T organization both internally and externally.
+ Contribute to the successful delivery of digital and technology projects by stepping into a project delivery role as needed.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
+ 3–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or product management within a technology or IT environment.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coordinate and drive action across diverse stakeholders.
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation concepts is a plus.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Digital Portfolio and Operations Associate position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Digital Portfolio and Operations Associate position is $150,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
