Digital Performance Manager
Job Description **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES** **Summary:** **_Role:_** **Abbott Nutrition in Vietnam commits to not only provide consumer the best nutrition products but also providing best-in-class customer experience through accelerating digital marketing capabilities to trend up the best sought-after consumer engagement model with omni-channel touchpoints and data-driven decision making.** **The Digital Marketing Manager will provide expertise that drive the digital marketing initiatives with the objectives of defining and delivering outstanding digital consumer experience, as part of the overall brand marketing strategy & plan. This role will participate in Annual Operation Planning process with respective Category’s brands and lead the implementation, testing & optimization of digital marketing investment and effectiveness.** **In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with internal Brand Marketing teams, CRM, E-commerce, relevant cross function teams as well as external Media/Digital Agencies, relevant solution vendors to ensure streamlined planning and implementation of digital consumer experience while continuously improving effectiveness and efficiency.** + Working Location: Me Linh Point, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, Ho Chi Minh + Department: Marketing + Report to: Head of Digital & Media **Core job responsibilities:** **Main responsibilities:** **Digital Strategy & Implementation** + In collaboration with brand team to develop digital strategy as part of overall marketing strategy and elaborate in detail plan to be followed up in execution + Plan and deploy digital 360 user journey, segmentation based on behavior signal and to scouting and propose new digital innovation as relevant. + Oversee and manage Always on “New User Acquisition” programs, work closely with media agency in optimizing, tracking, reporting new user acquisition. + Oversee all digital platforms (brand website, social media channels…) + Manage digital & social agencies to ensure best 3-way collaboration to deliver campaign on time, right brief + Manage digital budget and propose best media mix or tactics to drive best effectiveness and ROI + Manage performance requirements of brands (SEM, SEO, D2C etc.) **Data Driven Marketing** + Able to analyze digital performance on all KPIs to provide insights and optimization + Able to analyze data of full funnel performance and maximize bottom funnel (Acquisition) + Master all digital measurements (Search, Display, Mobile, Social…) in order to identify high value customers, link to CRM to enhance LTV + Able to analyze and report from GA, Meta Business Manager **Extended knowledge source** + Understand E-commerce trend, environment and platform to collaborate with other Center of Expertise (COE) to plan digital media to support E-commerce + Understand CRM and the dynamic of lead acquisition to conversion + Champion Social Media Channel: this position is required to lead the Social Media channel plan & practice (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo…) + Understand the dynamic of content to drive engagement, advice brand team on creative & different tactics to win social media + Always search and propose new & relevant practice for social media + Understand well to implement the KOL & micro influencer strategy to win **MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **Work Experience** : + University Graduate in relevant field, + Certification of courses completion from major digital platforms is a plus + At least 5-year relevant experience in digital marketing and/or social media communications within Media Agency, FMCG & nutrition brands and /or relevant experience in online marketing in related industries + Previous experience in digital tech company is a plus **Core Skill Requirement:** + Deep understanding of global digital platform Google, Facebook…, local digital platforms and E-commerce platforms (GA & Blueprint certifications) + Strong analytic skill and data-driven thinking, proven practical experience in applying A/B testing, optimizing strategy + Performance Marketing + Knowledge of Salesforce & CRM is highly appreciated + Good command in English (writing & speaking) + Job requires daily use of advanced computer software like, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Windows Outlook and Internet. **Core Trait/Behavior Requirement:** + Passionate about delivering digital consumer experience + Strong project management skill with the ability to lead complex scope in fast-pace + Ability to learn fast and well adapt Good communication and interpersonal skills + Well cooperate & work closely with Brand team to understand their business needs & well known about the product + Be proactive, get alignment & propose proper action with manager & brand team to ensure the best execution **MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED** + University/Post-University degree An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
