Candidates must be able to work EST business hours._ **_What Marketing Communcations contributes to Cardinal Health_** The Cardinal Health Marketing Communications team is seeking a data-driven digital marketing professional to support campaign performance tracking and strategic insights across paid media and web channels. This role will partner closely with Marketing Communications Managers to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes. The Marketing Communications team is responsible for partnering with marketing and cross-functional teams across the Global Medical Products and Distribution organization to develop, measure, and optimize omnichannel marketing strategies that attract, engage, and retain target audiences.  **_Responsibilities_** + Partner with marketing teams to collect campaign data and compile performance summaries across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Web platforms. + Interpret digital performance metrics to guide strategic planning and enhance campaign outcomes. + Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI. + Deliver clear, data-informed presentations to stakeholders, emphasizing audience engagement and content performance. + Act as a reporting advisor to the digital team, offering guidance on success metrics, data validation, and reporting frameworks. + Continuously monitor campaign metrics such as site traffic, engagement, and conversion trends to identify optimization opportunities. + Use tools like Adobe Analytics, Account Engagementand Salesforce to uncover insights and support decision-making. + Align campaign execution with business objectives and audience segmentation strategies. + Recommend data-informed adjustments to improve campaign reach and efficiency. + Manage reporting initiatives independently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. + Stay current on digital analytics innovations and contribute thought leadership on tools and methodologies. + Foster strong internal partnerships to promote the value of integrated marketing analytics. **_Qualifications_** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.  + 4-8 years of experience, preferred  + Proven experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in a multi-channel environment.  + Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).  + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.  + Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.  + Excellent communication and presentation skills.  + Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.  + Experience mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus.  **_What is expected of you and others at this level_** + Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects + May contribute to the development of policies and procedures + Works on complex projects of large scope + Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems + Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives + Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects + Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives **Anticipated salary range:** $79,700 - $113,800 _** The salary range listed is an estimate.
