The position

 

Develop and implement a robust digital engagement roadmap that drives patient awareness, interest, and conversion into actions for obese patients. Design and execute integrated omnichannel campaigns to expand online share of voice, foster credible conversations, and educate the public about obesity management. Manage and optimize the digital conversion funnel to guide potential patients from online information-seeking to healthcare professional (HCP) consultations and treatment initiation. Build and manage closed loop marketing (CLM) initiatives that keep patients engaged and promote adherence and loyalty through personalized content and reminders. Lead key performance tracking for all digital activities, including traffic, engagement, conversion, prescription uptick, and adherence outcomes.

 

Qualifications

 

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, consumer engagement, or omnichannel strategy, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or wellness sectors. Candidates with strong backgrounds in FMCG, consumer health, e-commerce, or digital platforms with proven success in driving conversion and loyalty are also welcome. Demonstrated experience in patient or customer journey mapping and closed loop marketing. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset; comfortable using web analytics, CRM tools, and social listening platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence decisions. Team player Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt. skills Passion for making a positive impact on public health awareness Agile mindset and adapt to changes swiftly Ambitious, energetic and have a can do attitude
