Digital Pathology Key Account Executive - North Italy

Job title: Key Account Executive - Digital Pathology - North Italy Epredia’s Digital Pathology sales team is expanding. We are looking for a Key Account Executive to cover Northern Italy and help build awareness of our innovative new solutions in the Digital Pathology space. Your mission will be to drive sales growth, acquire new customers, support existing clients in the field and increase visibility for our product portfolio. This position offers a great career opportunity with potential for future leadership roles within our Digital Pathology unit. What You Will Do: + Present our Hardware and Software solutions (IMS, AI Diagnostics or Research platforms) during in person or remote sessions to potential customers + Make cold calls daily/weekly to generate new leads or opportunities + Develop, maintain, and demonstrate a high standard of product and Digital Pathology workflow knowledge becoming a trusted partner for the community of Anatomic-Pathologists + Perform necessary admin, tracking visits and activities per customer in our CRM tool at least on a weekly basis. + Travel extensively with approximately 80 percent of the time spent across Central and Northern Italy, in addition to national and international trips. + High adaptability in a fast-changing environment, with strong teamwork, influence and motivation skills, combined with excellent self-organization, communication, prioritization and planning capabilities. What You Will Need: + Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent, preferably in Biology, Biotechnology or Life Sciences. + Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential. + At least 5 years of sales experience in the diagnostics market, ideally within Digital Pathology or Anatomic Pathology. + Self‑driven, solutions oriented and focused on achieving results with a strong leadership mindset. + Proven ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues and to collaborate effectively within the DP EMEA team.
