What you’ll do
• Monitor and analyze SLA performance, ensuring compliance with agreed targets (delivery timelines, return handling, cash collection, etc.).
• Conduct regular performance review meetings with 3PLs, addressing service gaps and implementing corrective actions.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues, working closely with the Last Mile, Confirmation, and Complaints teams to resolve problems quickly.
• Coordinate with internal teams (E-shop, Smart Tech, Enterprise B2B) to align logistics execution with business priorities and campaigns.
• Oversee 3PL capacity planning, route optimization, and special project execution (e.g., seasonal campaigns, flash sales).
• Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to enhance delivery speed, reduce cost, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to track KPIs, highlight risks, and recommend action plans.
• Support the onboarding of new 3PL partners, including training, system integration, and process alignment.
• Validate 3PL invoices, ensuring accuracy in shipment counts, rates, and service charges.
• Ensure all logistics operations comply with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements.3PL Performance Management
• Manage day-to-day operations with assigned 3PL partners to ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
