Your contribution:
Operational Excellence & Process OptimizationYou will identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance performance.you will develop and maintain a continuous improvement framework aligned with business goals.You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and automation methodologies to drive efficiency.You will design and execute process re-engineering initiatives.You will define and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports.Digital Transformation & AutomationYou will drive the adoption of AI, ML, RPA, and digital tools to streamline operations.You will identify automation opportunities to reduce manual efforts and improve speed.You will collaborate with IT and business teams to deploy and integrate digital solutions.You will oversee chatbot, workflow, and intelligent process automation initiatives.Data-Driven Decision Making & AnalyticsYou will design and implement data analytics strategies to support operations.You will use BI tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Apache Superset) to extract insights and drive improvements.You will ensure data governance, integrity, and visualization for real-time monitoring.You will promote a data-centric culture within operational teams.Stakeholder Collaboration & Change ManagementYou will engage with internal and external stakeholders to align initiatives with business needs.You will support the adoption of new technologies and operational models.You lead training and capability-building programs to enhance digital skills.You will act as a bridge between business, IT, and operations teams.What makes you stand out: 7+ years of experience in operations excellence, digital transformation, or process improvement in telecom, IT, or infrastructure.Proven expertise in business process re-engineering, analytics, and digital transformation.Strong background in automation, AI/ML, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).Experience with BI tools and performance reporting.Excellent stakeholder management, change leadership, and communication skills.
