Your tasks and responsibilities:
· You co-operate in designing and delivering complex task, in close coordination with senior leadership
· You are producing outcomes having global impact, especially in the area of agile efforts, based on coordinated business requirements
· You are accountable for the functional control of the internal organization and the external partners as well as the organizational interfaces and dependencies of all involved services and business partners
· You are responsible for transparent communication, including coordination with the respective steering board and stakeholders at senior management level.
· You are co-owner of reporting within budget, forecast, risk and resource management
Your qualifications and experience:
· You have experience in the management of larger project budgets and professional leadership of employees within the framework of international projects.
· You have working experience of the 10 knowledge areas of Project Management: Team Operations Management, Scope, Schedule, Cost Management, Quality and Resource Management, Communications, Risk, Supplier/Vendor, and Stakeholder Management.
· You have solid know-how in agile methodologies and management/leadership.
· You have managed projects with focus on ServiceNow or Application Management with a strong Business and Service Orientation
Your profile and your skills:
· You have a convincing appearance, very good communication and presentation skills and experience in dealing with important stakeholders at senior management level and in international teams.
· You are fluent in spoken English.
· You have worked abroad or in global teams several times and bring along corresponding international experience.
· You work very independently, are very interested to work with new technologies and to apply them within the digitalization of our company
· Personally, you will convince us with your ability to change, your analytical skills and your focus on results.
· You are mobile and work with colleagues at different locations (remote and on-site).
· You have led larger teams in a project or organizational wise.
Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 3000 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
