Summary

The Digital Merchandise Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving the digital growth by supporting the implementation, integration, and performance tracking of third-party digital vendors. This role supports the business strategy, technical execution, and data-driven insights, ensuring that external partnerships contribute effectively to the digital objectives and customer experience. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as an understanding of business processes and technology.

Responsibilities

·       Serve as the program owner for digital channels, including emerging platforms and third-party partnerships. Analyze consumer and industry trends to identify new opportunities, optimize partner performance, and continuously enhance the customer journey.

Lead the strategy to elevate the digital experience through compelling content, innovative product sampling programs, and the amplification of authentic customer reviews. Champion initiatives that inspire engagement and drive conversion across digital touchpoints.Partner with Product, IT, UX/UI, and Marketing teams to implement and optimize third-party digital tools, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with brand strategy.Analyze digital performance data to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement. Use insights to guide enhancements in the consumer journey and social content strategy.Collaborate with cross functional teams (Digital Merchants, Marketing) to align social content with product launches, promotions, and campaigns. Leverage third-party tools to amplify brand storytelling and engagement.Support end-to-end validation of site experiences, from strategy planning to final QA before go-live. Understand the competition by patterning best-in-class online retailers to identify emerging online trends and web technology to drive future forward thinking for BBW.com. Seen as the business expert and "go to" person by their cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience3+ years related experience in digital/ecommerce.Experience analyzing metrics and optimizing to drive sales.In-depth analytical skills and results oriented.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.Ability to manage multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, or delivery.Comfortable shifting back and forth between tactical execution and thinking strategically.EducationBachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
