Digital Media Trader Manager | São Paulo - SP
Job Location SAO PAULO GENERAL OFFICE Job Description As a Digital Media Trader, you’ll have the responsibility to implement, execute, and optimize the media activations of some of our most important leading brands. P&G is looking for a self-motivated, results-driven individual to work on the regional digital media team. You’ll be responsible for bringing innovation to the plans, staying in touch with industry, and assessing consumer & competitive trends. As a Digital Media Trader you will: + Be responsible for the End-to-End campaign management and execution in all main digital media platforms for Programmatic, Search, Social, and Video. + Closely partner with Digital Planner to ensure digital campaigns to effectively reach the identified target audience and deliver strong media results. + Analyze, track, and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis. Measure the campaigns' performance. Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performances. + Bringing innovative ideas about campaign strategies and staying ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace, and regularly documenting industry trends. Connect externally to stay on top of industry & consumers trends. + Continuously improve media processes, solve problems, and troubleshoot to achieve a streamlined operation. + Act as a steward of brand media investments to build channel allocations and adapt to budget changes as needed. Job Qualifications + Mandatory Experience: You should have a strong background in the media landscape, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. A deep knowledge of the digital media landscape and the ability to activate awareness and performance campaigns are essential. Mastery in setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns is required. + Software, Equipment, and Tools: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is expected. You should possess a thorough understanding of buying platforms, including Google AdWords, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Programmatic Media, TikTok, and others. A general understanding of digital planning platforms such as Facebook Campaign Planner and Google Reach Planner is also needed.
