Digital Media Planner-1

Position Summary

Key contributor within the digital marketing team in the development, execution and optimization of paid media advertising strategies. Your main focus is to drive new membership inquiries for Life Time through smart paid media placements across social, programmatic and emerging channels, A/B testing, optimization and creative thinking.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Develops market-level media strategies, creates pro formas, and budget estimatesDaily management of digital advertising campaigns: manages timelines for new campaign launches and refreshes, flawlessly trafficking campaigns and QAs ads, proficient in campaign optimizationsDevelops, executes and reports against testing plansCompiles and distributes monthly, quarterly and annual performance and media insights for leadershipActives in creative asset development; assists with writing creative briefs, writing ad copy variations for different audiences, brainstorming with in-house creative teamPartners with the other digital marketing teams to leverage joint strategies and community insights to effectively achieve respective business goals within budgetEvaluates vendors and negotiates pricing

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing/Advertising or related field2-4 years’ experience with paid search, paid social or programmatic advertisingUnderstands general advertising and marketing conceptsProficient Excel user (Pivot tables, Vlookup, etc)Ability to work independently and within a team environmentExcellent time management skillsCreative thinker and writer, with excellent spelling

Proficient with Adobe Analytics or other Analytics platformsExperience in negotiating with vendorsAbility to handle ambiguity, delegate tasks and adapt quickly to changeMulti-tasking capabilities against tight deadlines

PayThis is a salaried position starting at $64,000.00 and pays up to $88,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
