Join us! **What the role looks like:** + Host client meetings and use best practices to help companies grow their businesses. + Be a subject matter expert on the client’s advertising platform, features, and available enhancements and thus their trusted advisor for business growth. + You will deliver campaign setup and optimization recommendations and monitor active client campaigns. + Achieve specific targets and maximize sale opportunities on each call. + Maintain sales pipeline accuracy and track client campaign ROI, using customer management system (CRM). + The working hours for this role are **M/F** from 10:00AM till 19:00PM, **hybrid role** (Wed-Thu onsite). **Your profile:** + Fluent level of **Arabic** – written and spoken. + Fluent level of **English** – written and spoken. + Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is preferred. + Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment. + Solid knowledge of MS Office programs. + Experience working with CRM or similar will be an advantage. **What we offer:** + Monthly transportation/internet allowance + Bonus for important life events (marriage, birth or adoption of a child, university graduation) + Additional medical plan: health and dental care (fully covered by the employer) + Life insurance + Voluntary Sport Card (Multisport) Please send us your CV in English.
