What You’ll Do:

Manage and schedule CRM campaigns and initiativesAnalyze data and report on campaign effectivenessExecute direct marketing campaigns (email, app push, etc.)Collaborate across teams to drive resultsSupport CRM tool users and maintain documentationOperate CRM systems and databasesEstablish process and procedure for a function that is in re-build mode

What We’re Looking For:

Around 3 years’ experience in marketing, CRM, or related fieldsFluent in Japanese and business proficiency in EnglishExperience with CRM/MA/CDP tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Treasure Data)Strong analytical and communication skillsExperience working in a large complex businessExperience navigating and improving environments with minimal process or structure, implementing solutions that enhance organization and efficiency.
