Digital Marketing Senior Associate 

Our Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team is undergoing a positive and exciting change. As we expand and improve our services, there are always new stories to tell. To help us drive this change, we are looking for a BMC Senior Associate with focus on Digital Communications, who will contribute to shaping, implementing and delivering our marketing strategy. You will be joining a creative team that is determined to deliver top-class service to our clients, internally and externally.

We have a new opportunity for a BMC Senior Associate who will work with the BMC team to leverage existing and build new automated approaches to content, digital channels (website and social media), internal and external communication strategies, to engage and be distinctive amongst current and future audiences. The successful candidate must have experience with supporting projects and using various digital marketing tools including data management and analytics. 

 

Key responsibilities of the role 

As a Digital Marketing Senior Associate in the Brand, Marketing and Communications department at EY, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing strategies and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence, engage with our target audience, and support our overall marketing objectives. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends. More specifically, you will be expected to:

Manage EY’s overall digital presence. Plan, edit, write and upload content for our website and social media accounts. Oversee layout (images, graphics, videos and artwork), proofread and edit all relevant material. Ensure full consistency with brand visual identity and writing guidelines. Contribute to establishing an appealing internal and external employer brand. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and websites. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts. Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and relevant digital content that aligns with our brand messaging. Manage and enhance our social media presence, including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure EY remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

 

Skills and attributes for success 

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation and the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative campaigns. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented approach with keen attention to detail and high quality, self-motivation, team spirit and desire to exceed expectations. Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have: 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment. Proven track record of successfully managing social media and digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies is a plus. Experience with design tools (Adobe, Canva etc.) is a plus.  Experience with marketing automation tools is desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
