We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Managerto join the Miraval team. This position supports the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of digital marketing initiatives that drive qualified demand, direct engagement, and measurable hotel performance across Miraval Tucson, Miraval Austin, and Miraval Berkshires. This role partners closely with the Area Director of Hotel Performance & Digital Marketing, property Marketing Managers, the Area Director of Brand Marketing, Content & Partnerships, Hyatt enterprise digital teams, agencies, Revenue Management, Sales, and Reservations to ensure digital campaigns are accurate, optimized, and connected to commercial priorities. Miraval America includes Miraval Tucson in the Sonoran Desert, Miraval Austin in Texas Hill Country, and Miraval Berkshires in Lenox, Massachusetts. The organization is designed to connect brand storytelling, digital demand generation, property marketing execution, and commercial performance across all three destination wellness resorts. **Essential Functions** **Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization** · Support execution of paid search, paid social, display, video, metasearch, Performance Max, retargeting, and emerging digital campaigns across Miraval America. · Coordinate campaign briefs, audiences, offer details, tracking needs, creative assets, landing pages, and launch timelines with agencies, Hyatt partners, and property teams. · Monitor campaign performance regularly and recommend optimizations related to budgets, audience targeting, creative, messaging, keywords, landing pages, and conversion paths. · Support digital media pacing, budget tracking, invoice coordination, and performance documentation as needed. · Ensure all digital campaigns align with Miraval brand standards, offer requirements, property needs, and Hyatt enterprise guidance. **Website, Landing Page & Conversion Support** · Partner with property Marketing Managers and Hyatt digital teams to maintain accurate, current, and conversion-focused website content, landing pages, offer pages, campaign pages, and digital merchandising. · Support conversion rate optimization across digital touchpoints, including calls to action, availability checks, inquiry pathways, booking flow inputs, and campaign landing experiences. · Assist with A/B testing, messaging tests, audience tests, creative tests, and landing page enhancements to improve engagement and direct response. · Identify digital friction points, content gaps, tracking issues, and merchandising opportunities that could affect guest conversion. **Measurement, Reporting & Insights** · Compile recurring digital performance reporting across channels, campaigns, properties, audiences, creative, landing pages, and funnel metrics. · Track KPIs including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, availability checks, inquiries, revenue, iROAS, marketing efficiency ratio, and engagement quality. · Translate reporting into clear insights, next steps, and business impact summaries for marketing leaders and property teams. · Support tagging, UTM governance, tracking validation, dashboard inputs, and attribution improvements in partnership with Hyatt and agency resources. · Maintain organized records of campaign results, tests, learnings, creative performance, and optimization actions. **Creative, Content & Cross-Functional Coordination** · Partner with the Area Director of Brand Marketing, Content & Partnerships and property Marketing Managers to ensure digital creative, copy, and landing experiences reflect Miraval voice and campaign objectives. · Coordinate digital asset needs with creative, content, brand, agency, and property stakeholders. · Share performance learnings that help inform future content, creative direction, messaging, and audience development. · Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, and property teams to ensure digital campaigns reflect current business needs and operational details. **Digital Governance & Innovation** · Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, AI search implications, privacy changes, analytics practices, and hospitality digital best practices. · Support the development of digital marketing processes, checklists, documentation, and standards that improve speed, consistency, and accountability. · Identify opportunities to improve digital efficiency, reporting quality, campaign testing, audience strategy, and conversion performance.
