Digital Marketing Manager

IQVIA is recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and shape cross‑portfolio digital strategy within a high‑profile IQVIA–Pharma strategic alliance.

This is a portfolio‑level role, not brand‑specific, focused on driving strategic, consistent, and scalable digital activation across five Specialty Care Immunology & Inflammation brands spanning Dermatology, Gastroenterology and Rheumatology.

Partnering with the International Marketing Director, you will shape and deliver strategic digital initiatives, elevating omnichannel maturity through insight‑driven, high‑impact execution.

You will act as the digital centre of gravity for the alliance, connecting portfolio strategy, brand priorities, market execution, and IQVIA’s digital, analytics, and marketing services capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Digital & Omnichannel Strategy

Own and drive portfolio‑level digital strategy aligned with therapeutic priorities, brand lifecycles, and commercial objectives

Define scalable digital plays deployable across brands and adaptable locally

Translate strategy into clear, actionable guidance for brand teams and markets

Omnichannel Design & Execution

Design and lead scalable omnichannel frameworks across CRM, digital channels, remote engagement, and rep‑triggered activation

Partner with Brand Managers to embed coherent, data‑driven digital journeys into brand plans

Collaborate with IQVIA Digital Engagement and Marketing Services teams to ensure high‑quality, compliant execution

Governance, Insights & Optimization

Act as the portfolio digital lead, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment across brands and markets

Set standards for content usage, channel orchestration, measurement, and optimization

Leverage IQVIA data and analytics to track performance, identify best practices, and drive continuous optimization

Market Enablement & Capability Building

Equip markets with practical tools, playbooks, and best‑practice guidance

Support training for brand, field, and digital teams

Act as a thought partner, helping markets shift from activity‑based execution to impact‑driven digital engagement

Experience

5+ years’ experience in pharma digital marketing or omnichannel roles, ideally in Specialty Care.

Strong understanding of CRM‑led engagement, digital content ecosystems, and multichannel activation.

Experience working across multiple brands or portfolios and/or multi‑country European environments.

Solid hands‑on knowledge of platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe, or similar.

Confidence using data and dashboards to inform decisions and optimization.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.

Strong stakeholder management skills and credibility working with senior marketing and sales leaders.

Comfortable operating in a matrix, alliance‑led model with multiple priorities and high visibility.
