We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead South-East Europe who is eager to join our Patient Impact Mid-Market department, based in our site in Athens, Greece.
About the role
As a Digital Marketing Lead South-East Europe (SEE), you will drive omnichannel campaigns based on the strategic imperatives of the country’s brand and marketing plans across therapeutic areas (TAs). You will work closely with local marketing and brand manager roles and support the local medical and market access teams.
Your main objective is to drive and implement multichannel and omnichannel engagement with stakeholders based on the brand plans (ISP) in the local market.
Who you’ll work with
You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, execution, and implementation of digital initiatives that enhance patient value and stakeholder engagement, especially for healthcare professionals (HCPs).
This role works closely with the Mid Market digital business excellence partner and global omnichannel teams to implement and localize marketing campaigns based on local needs and strategy.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with local marketing and media agencies is crucial.
What you’ll do
Implement and localize centrally developed EU omnichannel campaigns in line with local ecosystem insights, requirements, drivers, local regulations, and brand plan strategic imperatives (ISP).Build, implement, and manage local digital omnichannel solutions (projects & activities) in the SEE Cluster, from KPI and success definition to performance and ROI monitoring.Align and discuss local SEE Cluster digital initiatives, issues, and solutions with the Digital Business Excellence Partner Mid Markets to ensure a coherent digital business transformation.Collaborate with IBM, digital factory, and other internal stakeholders in regular grooming sessions to enable development and/or implementation of locally created digital material.Analyse and track outcomes of omnichannel campaigns together with marketing brand teams and appropriate stakeholders to ensure ROI and warrant success of campaign KPIs, benchmarking with previous activities.Leverage digital channels such as social media, CRM systems, websites, and digital education platforms to drive engagement and create unique customer journeys for HCPs and patients.Align omnichannel patient-focused solutions across the cluster markets and ensure integration of Patient Support Programs, UCBCares, and HCP Portals.

Bachelor’s degree in business, digital marketing, digital communication, or life sciences (master’s preferred).3-4 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing environment.Experience working within multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams.Experience within Pharma is highly recommended.Content creation skills/Photoshop, product launch, SCRUM/agile, and change management experience are a plus.Strong comprehension of digital communication tools (e.g., programmatic advertising, website CMS, SFMC, Drupal, webinar tools).Ability to develop and maintain internal and external networks.Understanding of compliance and regulatory guidelines.Ability to explain complex digital activities to less digitally savvy colleagues.Capability to develop and execute omnichannel campaigns aligned with brand strategy.Strong business planning, marketing campaign, and tactical execution skills.Ability to brief creative marketing agencies with a focus on ROI.Analytical skills to translate digital marketing data into business objectives.Ability to manage multiple media outlets and campaigns.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Fluent in English, Greek and another South-East European language will be a plus.Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
