**Job Summary and Qualifications**

We’re seeking a tech-savvy Digital Marketing Intern with a strong eye for storytelling, design, and brand consistency. In this role, you’ll support both internal and external communications and contribute to key marketing initiatives, including social media content creation, campaign reporting and analysis, website updates, and more.
The ideal candidate brings creativity, attention to detail, strong writing skills, working knowledge of HTML, and a passion for visual storytelling—along with the ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
**Summary Of Job Functions What You'll Do:**
• Develop, write, and edit engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, and various marketing collateral.
• Design and produce multimedia content (graphics, short-form videos, reels, etc.) across channels.
• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels.
• Support website (WordPress) content updates, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with Brand Manager, vendors, and internal stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.• Support events, promotions, and sponsorships as needed.
• Review all communications for grammar, AP style, clarity, and brevity to ensure consistency of tone and voice.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas. • Organize marketing files, documents, and campaign materials. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**What We're Looking For:**
• Must be local to, and willing to come into, our Waltham Office .
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Knowledge of HTML with WordPress experience preferred.
• Experience producing and editing multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics) with quick turnaround.
• Excellent writing, grammar, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Eager to learn, contribute ideas, and take initiative
