Digital Marketing Executive

You will play a crucial role on the overall digital strategy deployed on digital media, related e-commerce activity and driving social campaign for Grand Hyatt Dubai.

You will work closely with other departments, such as Operations, Sales, Revenue, FB, and Marketing, to gather relevant data and support all business requirements and objectives.

Support the digital marketing team in driving direct bookings through brand.com; create and manage campaigns across all channels, including but not limited to SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing efforts.Update and maintain websites and micro-sites.Manage online listings and respond guests’ online feedback, creating a positive relationship with guests through online reputation platforms.Work closely with internal team and external partners to ensure campaign’s KPIs are achieved across all channels.Stay updated on the latest digital trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.

Bachelor’s degree in digital, e-commerce, business, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.Understanding of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, pay-per-click (PPC), metasearch, display, social media, and email marketing.Creativity, attention to detail, initiative-taker.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
