**About the Role**
We are looking for a specialist who can seamlessly combine **marketing data analytics** , **web analytics** , **campaign performance optimization** , and **marketing automation** to strengthen the effectiveness of our digital activities and support data‑driven business decisions.
This role is ideal for someone who feels confident working with data, understands end‑to‑end digital marketing mechanisms, and wants to actively shape how we measure, optimize, and report digital performance.
**Scope of Responsibilities**
**Web & Marketing Analytics**
+ In‑depth analysis of marketing data and user behaviour across digital touchpoints (GA4, GTM, MS Clarity, marketing platforms).
+ Identifying trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities across paidandowned.
+ Preparing recurring and ad‑hoc reports (Power BI, Excel, PDF) with actionable insights.
+ Creating summaries, insights, and strategic recommendations that directly improve marketing ROI and user engagement.
+ Defining consistent measurement frameworks, attribution logic, and reporting standards.
+ Building automated dashboards andreducingmanual work to improve reporting efficiency.
+ Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all marketing and web analytics data.
**Marketing Performance Programs**
+ Initiating, developing and executing **measurable marketing performance programs** **,**
+ Identifying relevant **marketable universes** from internal and external sources; setting up, analysing and reporting on **test & control groups** for marketing initiatives.
+ Integrating insights across multi‑channel inbound and outbound activities throughout the customer journey and lifecycle.
+ Promoting increased prospect and customer engagement through improved reporting, analysis and insights.
+ Driving continuous improvement of business results, ROI and achievement of objectives through **repeatable test–learn–improve processes** .
+ Building **marketing dashboards** that visualize KPIs and performance indicators.
+ Packaging analytical deliverables in a clear, structured and compelling way, with a strong storyline that addresses business needs and questions.
**Database & Ad** ‑ **Hoc Analytical Work**
+ Conducting ad‑hoc database projects and analyses, including data extraction, data quality checks, cleansing, aggregation and diagnostic analysis.
+ Developing reporting outputs that lead to more insightful business recommendations driven by data and customer understanding.
+ Supporting project development with analytical input and data‑driven recommendations.
**Collaboration & Development**
+ Close cooperation with marketing, sales, and IT teams.
+ Participation in meetings with digital marketing teams and media agencies.
+ Recommending best practices in digital analytics, measurement, and optimization.
+ Testing and evaluating new analytical and automation tools.
**Tools You Will Work With**

**Requirements (must** ‑ **have)**
+ Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools, especially GA4.
+ Strong analytical skills and experience in optimizing marketing activities based on data.
+ Hands‑on experience working with databases (analysis, segmentation).
+ Accuracy, excellent work organization, and time management.
+ Reliability, ownership, and proactive attitude.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
**Nice to Have**
+ Willingness to grow in digital marketing, web analytics, and data analytics.
+ Openness to testing new tools, methods, and analytical solutions.
+ Basic SEO/SEM knowledge.
+ Knowledge of Saleforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Cloud, Google Tag Manager.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł99,400.00 - zł184,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
