**Digital Marketing Coordinator - Consumer Electronics**
The Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator drives superior customer value, leading the local execution of the marketing campaigns across earned and paid channels in the market.
**Your role:**
+ Develops a strategic framework for business and market teams to create comprehensive retail media plans designed to reach our sales targets thru different e-commerce & key strategical partners.
+ Responsible for leading the e-Commerce Retail Media Strategy, deploying activities, and guaranteeing our brand presence and penetration within Marketplaces and key clients in Brazil, and reach sales ambition plans.
+ You will partner with Marketing, Media Manager and e-Kam roles, to drive business growth via strong digital e-marketing activities, based on global roadmap and local market requirements.
+ Coordinate Annual Commercial Moments, Peak Moments & Monthly calendar across categories for each key strategic online customer.
+ Be the single point of contact for the assigned markets on all digital e-commerce activations and align with stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Media Manager).
+ Work jointly with CRM and Media Manager to drive online growth and reinforce our brand position (paid & organic) and product performance.
+ Accountable for E-Trade KPIs (example: ROAS, Conversion Rate, SO Targets...), reviewing performance of all digital activation and e-commerce channels against targets and reporting regularly, leveraging market and business voice to contribute to the category clients ' strategy.
+ Monitoring external trends and developments in the world of digital, social, and e-commerce and feed in ideas for innovation and continued best practice.
+ Overseeing budget allocation and be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered within budgets, agreed timeframes, and quality standards.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You have a BS or MS in Digital/Ecommerce or equivalent discipline (preferred), or marketing, communications, or business.
+ You have 5+ years of experience working in a digital/e-commerce organization, or B2C worldwide companies or operation models experience (e.g. processes, technologies, best practices, programs, systems, tooling) in complex organizations.
+ You have previous experience in E-Trade within a market or experience in any marketplace company (highly preferred).
+ You are fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week in our office in Barueri. This role also is expected to work outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or agencies’ locations.
