Qualitrol, a global leader in condition monitoring solutions for the electric power industry, is transforming its marketing strategy to better engage with customers worldwide. As part of this transformation, our team is driving a major website redesign and expanding our digital marketing capabilities.
We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Co-op for a 6-month assignment (with the potential for extension) to play a key role in supporting backend website development, creating impactful marketing collateral, and streamlining marketing processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the future of our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
+ Website Backend Support
+ Assist with page-level redirects and backend configurations during legacy site transitions.
+ Collaborate with IT and digital marketing teams to test and validate changes in staging environments.
+ Document backend workflows and contribute to ongoing SEO and process optimization efforts.
+ Marketing Collateral Development
+ Support the development and refinement of product documentation and digital assets for campaigns, trade shows, and events.
+ Partner with product managers and marketing leads to ensure content is aligned with brand standards and messaging consistency.
+ Utilize tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Paperflite to design, edit, and host marketing materials.
**Process Improvement & Documentation**
+ Participate in weekly marketing meetings and website review sessions to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
+ Document current workflows and suggest enhancements using Ralliant Business System (RBS) tools.
+ Assist in maintaining shared resources, templates, and digital asset libraries for the marketing team.
Qualifications
+ Currently pursuing a degree in **Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or a related field** ; **junior or senior year standing preferred** .
+ Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS.
+ Strong **written and visual communication skills** .
+ Experience with design tools ( **Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Figma** ) preferred.
+ Interest in **process improvement and digital marketing analytics**
