Job Description

► Analyze the performance of all digital touchpoints, as well as related digital marketing and sales activities
► Develop optimization strategies and measures based on analysis, in collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams
► Consult product, marketing, and sales teams on data-driven decision-making and A/B testing
► Set up, calibrate, and execute A/B tests with the main goal of improving the conversion rate of our international multi-brand B2B and B2C digital touchpoints
Analyze results and implement optimization measures in cooperation with product owners and development teams
► Standardize the digital sales and marketing analytics approach (including KPI frameworks) and define the necessary processes
► Shape the future of Bosch Power Tools in measurement and data analytics, focusing on valuable insights and continuous improvement, while staying informed about new trends

Qualifications

► Proven expertise in web and digital sales & marketing analytics, with 3+ years of experience
► Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and other comparable analytics tools
► Experience in creating advanced Power BI reports (data consolidation from multiple sources such as SAP, GA4, etc.)
► Experience in developing eCommerce dashboards in Looker Studio
► Experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium) is an advantage
► Hands-on experience and proven success in analyzing digital touchpoints and related marketing and sales activities
► Degree in Marketing, Online/Performance Marketing, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
► Fluency in English, with strong communication and presentation skills
► Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in digital analytics
