Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for events, including guest invitations and follow-ups
• Design, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Track and improve organic and paid traffic performance across all digital platforms
• Conduct basic SEO optimization for event landing pages and content
• Manage RSVP funnels, CRM tagging, segmentation, and campaign analytics
• Coordinate closely with the Graphic Designer to ensure campaign visuals are aligned
• with brand tone
• Maintain reports on open rates, CTRs, show-up rates, and conversion metrics
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM-focused roles
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or high-touch lifestyle brands is highly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of CRM tools, paid media platforms, and analytics dashboards
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic automation tools
• Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical, creative, and able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Salary:
AED 4,000 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
