Job Title: Digital Manufacturing Operations Lead Manager Title: Alexis GAUPILLAT Location: Riells i Viabrea About the Job As Digital Manufacturing Operations Lead, you will be part of an exciting journey to drive digital transformation at our manufacturing site. With comprehensive training and mentoring over your first year, you will grow into managing the site's digital portfolio and services. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting the coordination of digital infrastructure (WAN/LAN, Desktop, local servers) • Participating in the implementation and support of digital applications (Manufacturing ERP, Shopfloor solutions, LIMS) • Contributing to Compliance and Cybersecurity initiatives • Working closely with business teams to understand and address their digital needs • Supporting budget planning and digital portfolio management • Learning to drive continuous improvement in digital services About your Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering or related technical field required • 4-5 years of technical experience in IT/Digital roles • Previous experience in manufacturing environment is a plus but not mandatory Skills Required • Strong technical background in: o IT Infrastructure and Network fundamentals o Manufacturing systems and applications o Cybersecurity principles o Digital project implementation • Basic understanding of regulatory compliance in manufacturing • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities • Effective communication skills • Spanish required, professional English required Development Opportunity • 12-month structured onboarding and development program • Dedicated mentoring from experienced digital leader • Regular feedback and coaching sessions • Clear path for professional growth • Exposure to various aspects of digital transformation in manufacturing Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
