About the Job

Main accountabilitiesAccountable for value creation, business continuity and execution of the digital portfolio in M&S siteResponsible for all Digital services delivered to the site including digital infrastructure (WAN/LAN, Desktop, local servers), global and local Digital application support (Manufacturing ERP, Shopfloor solutions, LIMS, AI/GenAI), Compliance and CybersecurityDrive digital operational excellence and continuous improvement for all Digital services delivered to the siteWork closely with Business area senior leaders across different digital M&S product lines, Digital Tech, Services and Experts to identify customer needs, prioritize features and develop program vision and roadmapParticipate in budget cycle and Strategic Plan/LRP for the site

About you

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree requiredM.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering or similar areas preferredDemonstrated ability to build trust quickly with high degree of empathyExpertise at managing senior, cross-functional relationships and growing collaborative partnershipsExcellent communication skills to define and communicate coherent vision and purposeAbility to distill complex issues into clear and actionable recommendationsDemonstrated experience as a leader with ability to attract, recruit, and develop talentAbility to lead in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, and multiple prioritiesStrategic thinker with track record of delivering results and exceeding goals
