Job Title: Digital Manufacturing Operations Lead Manager Title: Alexis GAUPILLAT Location: Riells i Viabrea About the Job + Main accountabilities + Accountable for value creation, business continuity and execution of the digital portfolio in M&S site + Responsible for all Digital services delivered to the site including digital infrastructure (WAN/LAN, Desktop, local servers), global and local Digital application support (Manufacturing ERP, Shopfloor solutions, LIMS, AI/GenAI), Compliance and Cybersecurity + Drive digital operational excellence and continuous improvement for all Digital services delivered to the site + Work closely with Business area senior leaders across different digital M&S product lines, Digital Tech, Services and Experts to identify customer needs, prioritize features and develop program vision and roadmap + Participate in budget cycle and Strategic Plan/LRP for the site About you Education and Experience + Bachelor's degree required + M.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering or similar areas preferred + Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly with high degree of empathy + Expertise at managing senior, cross-functional relationships and growing collaborative partnerships + Excellent communication skills to define and communicate coherent vision and purpose + Ability to distill complex issues into clear and actionable recommendations + Demonstrated experience as a leader with ability to attract, recruit, and develop talent + Ability to lead in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, and multiple priorities + Strategic thinker with track record of delivering results and exceeding goals Skills Required + Agile Mindset and Practices + Digital strategy & Governance + Project Management & planning + Application Design & Integration + Compliance of Computerized systems + Business Acumen - Manufacturing & Supply + Strategic Thinking Decision Making + Business Partnering and Consulting + Spanish & English Fluency Pursue progress, discover extraordinary Better is out there.
