Overview We are looking for someone to lead a team of digital specialists and full funnel planning strategy for one of the group key global client. We need someone highly focused on client service and activations across all digital channels and platforms (Social Media & Programmatic particularly), with high focus on the campaign activation/optimization/analysis/reporting/invoicing tasks. He or she will be responsible for an operations team of digital specialists, so management and interpersonal skills are also required. The candidate must be ready to work in a highly dynamic and demanding environment, and should be comfortable with tight deadlines and working under pressure. Responsibilities You will recommend the best online actions to drive more efficiency and effectiveness across the key client´s objective: Increasing Brand Awareness, Drive Traffic, Improving ROI & ROAS through paid media activities. Will be involved in the whole process of online ad campaigns: planning, optimization and reporting, including the overall analysis and insights as well as proactively drive the digital innovation. Will have a direct communication with the client stakeholders across media and brand teams. Will track and evaluate KPIs for all paid digital channels Will propose new and profitable solutions for the new client campaigns with focus on respective funnel phases and related objective. Will be involved in Travel Retail strategic recommendations & activations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science or Marketing related training. Professional experience within the marketing industry and a media agency environment. Excellent English skills in both written and verbal communication. Comprehensive understanding through a broad mix of online media in a business context. Exceptional client leadership and team management with high organizational and time management skills. Ability to drive the team excellence and growth through internal learning agenda. Experience in media planning, being able to evaluate and organize large campaigns with different online channels. Technical knowledge and understanding of the key media activations and management platforms (DV360, Campaign Manager, Facebook BM, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, MOAT & Nielsen, etc.) Experience in GA360 is nice to have.
