About the Role
As a Digital Learning Specialist, you are the driving force behind the digital learning experience within our organization. You will develop, manage, and optimize digital learning resources and blended learning programs that align with the learning needs of our employees. You advise management on the implementation of innovative learning solutions and contribute to the digital transformation of our L&D offering.
Activities
Design and Development of E-Learning Content: As a Digital Learning Specialist, you are responsible for designing and developing e-learning content that is engaging, interactive, and aligned with learning objectives. You should have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and the latest trends and technologies in e-learning.Implementation of Technology Solutions: Digital Learning Specialists are responsible for selecting, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions that support the delivery of e-learning. This includes using the right authoring tools and ensuring they are integrated with other systems. You must have a strong understanding of e-learning technology and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Providing Support and Training: Digital Learning Specialists provide support and training to users of e-learning content and technology solutions. You must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, such as teachers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts, and provide guidance on the use of technology.Responsibilities As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will be instrumental in creating and deploying learning courses and experiences for leadership development and soft skills training for all employees, using modern and innovative approaches. You will work closely with the HR team, business stakeholders, internal SMEs, and external providers. Your main responsibilities include:
Conducting learning needs analyses and supporting the translation into an annual learning planDesigning, developing, and maintaining skills-based learning programs, e-learning courses, and training materials aligned with the learning planUsing innovative tools and approaches to create unique learning programs and experiences that deliver impact for leadership, coaching, mentoring, and soft skills trainingCoordinating end-to-end training delivery (online and in-person) and managing the evaluation of all Learning and Talent programsSupporting the management of learner groups, courses, learning campaigns, and communities across learning platformsOverseeing the employee onboarding process, including coordination, communication, facilitation, and evaluationBuilding learning paths, creating and assigning courses, maintaining curricula and learner groups, and managing data in the LMSAnalyzing the impact of learning and development, and providing reports and metrics using data analytics dashboardsTracking user experience and implementing improvements to training content, design, and experience based on feedback, as well as developing strategies to enhance program effectivenessImplementing system-enabled Talent processes, maintaining data, and providing data insights to continuously enhance Talent solutionsWorking closely with internal SMEs and third-party providers to develop best-in-class course content. Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that training/services are delivered on time, within budget, and produce the desired results. Proven track record in Learning and Development (3+ years) with a good understanding of learning and leadership developmentCertification in web application and delivery tools such as Adobe, Articulate Storyline, Canva, etc. is a mustCertificate in instructional design is requiredExperience with AI development tools and video editing software is preferredProject management capability with strong attention to detail and organization skills. Agile methodology certification is preferredDigitally savvy and data-driven, with proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (for data) and PowerPoint (for presentations)Knowledge of working with Power BI or similar analytics dashboardsExperience working in a global environment. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
