Job Responsibilities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills An ideal candidate will:
Have strong experience in building digital learningThrive in dynamic environments, balancing startup-like agility with the structured scale of a Fortune 50 enterprise Have an up-to-date knowledge of current trends and developments in e-learning, inclusive of and specifically, advancements in AI usage in learningHave knowledge of WCAG 2.1 levels A-AA requirements and experience developing fully accessible digital solutionsBe experienced in designing engaging learning interventions, not your “traditional” page-turnersMaintain and develop their knowledge in educational technology, adult learning and educational best practicesTech Stack and Tools:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications.Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Oracle).Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, SCORM, Figma, Microsoft Office Tools, Vyond, Centrical, LLMs, and Synthesia.
