The Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP) is an outstanding opportunity to develop the vital skills for a career as a Digital leader. The program is led by a dedicated Program Manager with oversight by the CIO and company IT Leadership Team.
DLDP participants will complete fast-paced assignments over two (2) years that provide strategic direction in different facets of IT. Participants will gain proficiency with our diverse functional areas and regions. Continuous learning opportunities include: formal development sessions; dedicated Executive Mentorship; utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology; and a network of outstanding LDP alumni across the organization.
Rotations will include the following functions / business operations:
AI/MLAutomationCybersecurityData AnalysisDigital EngineeringEnterprise ApplicationsInfrastructureStart Date: The DLDP is set to begin July 13, 2026 and individuals are responsible for finalizing housing and transportation prior to program commencement and across each six (6) month rotation across the two (2) year program.
Compensation & Locations: Our DLDP offers a starting salary of $90,000 in addition to the following total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, Relocation Assistance. Geographic flexibility is required both during and upon completion of the program.
How will you get here?
Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor's degree between December 2025 and June 2026 in one of the following: Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering/Programming, or related field of study.1+ years of Digital, Data Science, or IT-related experience required (i.e. work experience, internships, special projects, etc.).Strong desire and motivation to become a future Digital leader and serve in a people manager capacity post-LDP.Consistent track record of teamwork demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.Ability to influence and create positive relationships with colleagues and leaders at all levels of a matrixed environment.Outstanding interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and strong executive presence.If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
