The following position is to join our **RTX Corporate** team:
**Role Overview:**
The Records and Information Management Digital Lead is responsible for supporting RTX’s usage of digital systems, repositories, and/or applications that contain Records and Non-Records. The role involves helping to establish digital requirements for electronic storage repositories, reviewing tools and systems, and collaborating with various functions to create an inventory of systems used for Records and Information storage.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Support RTX’s usage of digital systems, repositories, and/or applications that contain Records and Non-Records, in coordination with Digital Technology organizations.
+ Help establish the digital requirements necessary for adequate electronic storage repositories of RTX Records and Information, and review such tools and systems to determine whether they meet the digital requirements.
+ Assist in identifying owners for repositories of Records and Information.
+ Assist in identifying the appropriate retention location for Information.
+ Collaborate across functions to create an inventory of systems used across the organization for storage of Records and Information.
**Qualifications You Must Have:**
+ A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years’ prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years' experience
+ 5+ years experience with electronic repositories for management and long-term storage of information.
+ 5+ years experience with records management software and document management systems.
+ Experience working collaboratively in a highly federated and regulated environment.
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

**Hybrid:** Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
