We are seeking a proactive and innovative Digital Intern to contribute to the development of cutting-edge digital solutions and enhance our applications management processes.

As a Digital Intern, you will play a pivotal role in a variety of impactful projects, including:

Digital solutions design and development: lead the creation and implementation of new digital solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

Automation of business processes via Microsoft Tools to reduce efforts

Collaboration with stakeholders: work closely with process owners and executors to identify business needs and establish success criteria.

Training materials creation: develop comprehensive training materials to empower application users and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.

Website development: contribute to the design and development of the Digital Team's website using SharePoint, enhancing our online presence and functionality.

Compliance assessment: Evaluate current applications for alignment with company IT policies and develop processes to sustain and improve compliance.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary 100 000 gross

Job Qualifications

The job requires you to be based in St. Petersburg (or you should be ready to move to St. Petersburg with the company's support)

3+ year students or recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation)

Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

STEM academic background is preferable

Strong communication skills, leadership, and analytical capabilities

Critical thinking, operational discipline, and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams

Willingness to learn and flexibility

Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
