The PositionRole Purpose
This role is responsible for shaping and executing impactful omnichannel strategies within a designated disease area, while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across commercial teams. The incumbent will leverage deep analytical expertise and market insights to enhance customer engagement, accelerate product impact, and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving Omnichannel Strategy for Accelerated Outcomes:
Omnichannel Strategy Leadership:
Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to commercial teams, providing expertise on digital Cox strategies.
Delivery of omnichannel strategy: Lead and foster the development and implementation of integrated omnichannel engagement strategies tailored to specific disease areas, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Work with squads for the blending of the digital and face-to-face interactions to deliver a seamless, personalized, and high-value customer experience.
Customer Journey Optimization: Develop a deep understanding of Healthcare Professional (HCP) customer experiences, including preferred touchpoints, channels, and journeys, to design and optimize omnichannel tactics that enhance satisfaction and drive desired behaviors.
Digital engagement Expertise: Identify and evaluate the effectiveness of various digital platforms (e.g., instant messaging, email, digital content) to create efficient and impactful digital communication strategies.
Performance Measurement & Optimization: Establish signals/measurement metrics to track omnichannel strategy effectiveness, analyze campaign performance, and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize impact and ROI.
2. Fostering Insight/Data-Driven Decision Making:
Strategic Insight Generation: Foster the proactive mechanism of the insight collection and analysis across events and interaction to monitor market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and business performance to identify key trends, opportunities, and risks, and translate data into actionable strategic insights.
Data Analysis & Analytical Interpretation/Guidance:
Responding to disease area team unmet needs for business planning to conduct market research, insight collection and any form of market insight to support market analysis (e.g. patient funnel) and business case forecasting (e.g. new patient enrollment, market share) of the Marketing Chapter
Mentor and facilitate marketing and sales teams in the optimal use of data and analytics to inform their strategies and tactics.
Data Utilization & Reporting:
Manage the collection, consolidation, and reporting of market research, competitive intelligence, and sales data (e.g., IMS, NHIA, Zuellig infrared), ensuring its effective utilization by commercial teams.
Apply knowledge of qualitative and quantitative primary market research methodologies to generate timely and meaningful data to support decision making
3. Additional Responsibilities:
Business Partnership: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and influencing key stakeholders to drive business initiatives and achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Good Compliance track record. No material Compliance violation is identified in the past 5 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields).
Working Experience:
2+ yrs pharmaceutical/ healthcare experiences
3+ yrs market research company experience or business planning relevant experience
1+ yrs digital marketing experience is a plus
Skills & Knowledge:
Good knowledge of Compliance requirements and clear understanding of high standards of Integrity
Strong analytical ability and market research planning/execution ability with commercial acumen
Business model relevant skill (e.g. patient funnel, treatment flow)
Knowledge of commercial excellence and patient journey, treatment flow, marketing process
Omnichannel engagement knowledge or instant messaging operation knowledge is a plus
Competencies:
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
