As a senior leader within Mars’ Modern Workplace team, the Digital Innovation Senior Manager drives the future of work by harnessing emerging technologies such as generative AI, agentic AI, automation, and machine learning. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to identify, pilot, and scale innovative digital solutions that enhance Associate experience, productivity, and business value.

Embedded within the business, you will ensure that innovation is practical, human-centered, and aligned with Mars’ culture and goals. You will lead the responsible adoption of cutting-edge technologies, partnering across functions to deliver measurable impact and keep Mars at the forefront of digital transformation.

What are we looking for?Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field8–10 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, or consulting, with proven success engaging senior stakeholdersDeep knowledge of digital workplace trends, AI (generative, agentic, ML), automation, and data-driven solutionsExperience leading innovation pilots and scaling successful initiatives into business programsStrong ability to quantify business value through metrics like time savings, cost avoidance, and ROIExcellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across multiple organizational levelsProficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital collaboration toolsFlexibility to work across time zones, primarily supporting US and UK stakeholders

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
