The Opportunity

As our Digital Innovation & Project Support Intern, you will:

Apply a “digital lens” to Roche Global Citizenship projects on which you engage ranging from the Children’s Walk and Skills-Based Volunteering to Partner Projects and our Impact Reporting Framework.

Research and recommend new digital tools, platforms, and AI applications to enhance our Global Citizenship projects and employee engagement.

Coordinate and monitor project tasks, ensuring delivery on time and to the highest quality standards.

Prepare digital surveys, event rundowns, and materials to support key initiatives.

Assist with on-site logistics and communication for major philanthropic events.

Foster connections and build relationships with diverse stakeholders (especially students), acting as a liaison to promote engagement, inclusivity, and collaboration both in-person and virtually.

Gain valuable experience in applying technology for social impact within a global pharmaceutical company.

Who you are

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within the last 12 months prior to the start date) from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Communications or a related field

A strong interest in artificial intelligence, data-driven approaches, and digital innovation, which will be highly beneficial in this position.

Experience with digital platforms and tools, an essential skill for success in our team.

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a can-do mindset, which are crucial attributes we seek.

Experience in project or event management, a valuable asset that will contribute to your success, international experience/exposure to events is an asset.

Fluency in English and French is required, and German is a definite plus.

A proactive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team are essential qualities.

Additional information:

Preferred start date: January 2026

Duration: 12 months (Master thesis possible)

Non-EU/EFTA citizens must provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as part of the application documents. Furthermore, they need to be enrolled during the entire duration of the internship.
