As Digital Innovation Executive, you will be at the intersection of HM Sampoerna’s commercial innovations, technological advancements, and AI-driven capabilities that enable our multicategory organization journey. You will have the opportunity to plan, execute and monitor our digital adoption strategies for internal and external stakeholders.

Your ‘day to day’:

Understanding business problems, explore opportunities, ideations and discovering new initiatives that will support the business.Driving technological innovations, including but not limited to requirements gathering, product innovation & development, experimentation, and impact analysis to support the growth and sustainability of our digital ecosystem.Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, explore and assess their potential impact to business.Collaborating with other stakeholders and act as a tech consultant in advocating transformation through digital solutions.Communicating, sharing, and presenting ideas, methods, and results to diverse audience profiles.

 

Who we’re looking for:

Besides working in a Team with a strong passion to deliver, innovate and grow; you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including but not limited to business stakeholders, data engineering, Information Technology, and other cross-functional teams.Have a strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Have analytical mindset and able to translate business requirements to technical implementation.Have strong business acumen, project management ability, and comfortable working and collaborate with business and technical teams such as data & analytics, products, and software engineers.Passion to growing, continuous learning and creating positive impact together.

The following skills will be advantageous:

Prior exposure and/or experience with product management or technology solution delivery/consulting.Familiar with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tablaeu/Cognos, MS. Excel.

Professional experience:

Min. 2-year experience and comfortable working with technologyMin. an undergraduate degree.Excellent communication and Presentation skill, both in Bahasa and English
