How will you make an impact in this role?
We are looking for a Digital Innovation Coordinator with a digital-first mindset to join our team. In this role, you will be fundamental in identifying and analyzing digital market trends, leading high-impact innovation projects, and optimizing conversion across all our digital channels. You will be a key player in ensuring our products and services remain at the industry's forefront by optimizing and creating digital journeys. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of digital trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities, and breakdown complex business requirements into actionable product features and technology user stories Digital Channel and Digital Conversion Optimization: Analyze, propose, and implement improvements in digital channels and funnels to optimize conversion rates and performance. Storytelling and Communication: Use storytelling skills to communicate complex ideas, insights, and project vision to diverse audiences, both internal and external. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with multiple teams (marketing, product, tech, acquisition) to align strategies, drive initiatives, and ensure successful implementation. Goal Oriented Approach: Liaise with functions across teams and Business Units to translate business strategies and goals into product development plans Customer Experience Mapping: Map and analyze customer digital journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, translate needs into best-in-class user interface (CX/UI). Reporting and Insights: Develop detailed reports and presentations on project performance and market insights to inform strategic decision-making at the executive level.What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Business Analyst, Digital Strategist, Innovation Consultant). Proven track record of successfully leading innovation projects from conception to implementation Advanced experience in conversion optimization and digital channel analysis. Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability in storytelling to influence and align stakeholders. Deep knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and user experience (UX/UI). Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Mindset: A proactive, self-starter with an owner's mindset, capable of thriving in a startup-like environment. Incurable curiosity about new technologies and innovation. Strong ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
